potentially wealthy bidder, the chance to ride in their team car for
one stage of the TdF along side Bradley Wiggins.

This episode has a great interview with a tremendous athlete - Open ocean marathon swimmer Bruckner Chase. We talk at length about what's really to fear in the ocean and how to deal with cold water. I follow that up with some mountain biking on a 29er on ice and Zen thoughts on how to react to difficult people. It's a great show, so don't miss it!

6. Obsessing Over Data
Of course, you may also be the person who needs to cut every workout short
by forty-five minutes because you know that's how long it's going to take to
download all the data onto your computer and sit there analyzing it. There
is no rule that you need to know the precise measurements for every, single
workout.

As you probably know Lance Armstrong and the riders of team RadioShack are in Tucson, Arizona this week for the new team's first training camp.
And while many riders on the team still wear the colors of Astana as
they must until their contracts expire at the end of the year, Lance
Armstrong is the guy (as always) making all of the news.
Speaking to an Italian newspaper the seven time Tour de France champ confirmed that he plans on racing professionally for two more years.
"I'll go on for another two years but this time I'll have the
experience of this season behind me and I'll be better because I'll
also have the best team in the world," he said.
